HOLIDAY STUDENT SALE

$25.00

This year’s holiday sale will take place 12/8 11-2pm

THIS TICKET OPTION IS FOR PARTICIPATING POTTERS ONLY. There is no ticket needed for shoppers and attendees, this event is free to the public.

Hello potters! It’s time again for my favorite event of the year! This showcase is open to EVERYONE who has taken a series, workshop, open studio access, or stay home potters with Pineapple Studios in 2024. Simply put, if your pots moved through our kilns at any point during 2024, you're in!

This event is a celebration of community and creativity. I hope you'll join in the fun and enjoy putting your beautiful works on display alongside your studio pals.

Be sure to read all details below in full. Below you'll find info for how to prep for our event.

POTTER DETAILS:

  • Each participating potter will be required to pay a $25 "booth fee". This fee will go towards the purchase of gift bags, wine, libations, etc for our shoppers.

  • There is no review process or skill level requirement to join. There is however a limit how many potters can join. This is first come first serve, so purchase your $25 booth fee asap.

  • There is a maximum of 25 items per person allowed in the sale. There is no minimum.

  • Pieces must be brought to the studio either on Saturday 12/7 11-3pm or between 10am-10:45am day of the sale. All potters must be in the studio at 2pm day of the sale to pack up any remaining pots and participate in a celebratory toast to the year. Please pickup by end of day 12/11 6pm if you cannot be there day of the sale.

  • ALL PIECES must be labeled with a pricetag that includes price of the piece, and potters name/initials. These need to be very clearly visible in order for your payment to be accurate.

  • This event will be orchestrated "art school style" which is what makes this sale so special. All pieces will be staggered together on our canvas work tables for shoppers to peruse. Thus encouraging more of a community showcasing, rather than a booth by booth display. This means no competitions amongst booths. yahoo, amiright?!! And more importantly, no booths to stand in for hours! Instead you are free to mingle, relax, and enjoy yourselves. You can even swing by Palate for a bite or a beer!

  • Potters are not required to stay on site for the entire sale. (although you are certainly welcome!!) but potters ARE required to be on time for drop off and pickup times mentioned in bullet 4.

  • If you wish to include business cards with your items, those must be attached to the piece. Dropped inside, taped to the bottom, attached with string etc.

  • We will have 1 checkout area for all sales. Customers will be encouraged to pay by cash or venmo. Potters will receive a venmo payment of their earnings in full the following day. Again, this is art school style. All sales will run through one singular checkout process, and you will be paid your total sales in full the following day.

  • Do not bring tables, tents, linens, or literally anything other than your labeled pots. I've got you covered! This is meant to be casual and easy. Above all, this is a celebration of the creativity, joy, and community we cultivate in the studio. So Just bring your pots and have fun!

Alright! I think that covers it. And I am SOO excited to see all of our pottery decorating the tables together. I'm always so impressed with the ways each of you creates time in their busy schedules to play in clay. I'm really looking forward to celebrating that with each of you.
